DrSmile is a company helping its customers to get their teeth straight thanks to medical aligners. Potential users of the service have the possibility to book an appointment online and go to the clinic a few days later to start their treatment. In order to remind the customers to go to their appointment, series of emails have been created.
Communication has been divided into different steps:
1. Create a relation with the potential customer
2. Introduction of its personalized treatment and service
3. Presenting additional products and services
After having designed the emails layouts, they were exported as responsive HTML files dedicated to an automatic use thanks to Salesforce.
